Description
東華三院「修租易」長者自住物業代理計畫，為本院一項創新性的計畫，於2018年12月獲社會福利署獎券基金撥款支持。計畫為有意入住院舍或已入住院舍的長者，協助處理其閒置的自置物業，透過計畫協助其翻新、出租及管理等事宜，再運用其所得租金以支持長者入住較有質素的安老院，以達致「以租養老、安享晚年」之目標。
