望里暖阳治疗包含课程和工具两个部分。课程目的为帮助用户对消极情绪、负性思维形成认识，通过对负性思维的纠正和积极行为的激活来改善情绪，促进用户形成良好的认知、行为习惯。课程包括以图文、视频、交互训练等多种形式，推荐完成时间为8周。工具部分包含与课程内容相匹配的放松训练、认知行为记录、思维改善小游戏等14种辅助治疗工具，帮助用户把课程内学到的内容应用到日常生活中，给用户提供解决日常生活问题的工具。
用户可根据软件每日推送的训练任务，进行认知和行为训练，已达到改善情绪状态，重塑认知模式的目的。
主治医生可随时监督用户的治疗情况，为用户制定个性化学习方案，帮助用户恢复健康。本软件不提供诊断或辅助诊断。用户的治疗建议以医嘱为主，本软件提供的治疗建议仅供参考。
