臺中客家故事館將此日式雙併建築，規劃為客家天地人的傳說故事展覽區域。藉由數位展示帶領參訪者透過客家傳統信仰、先民開墾足跡、族群融合等故事深入客家文化的精神領域；並配合數位遊戲的引導，讓大埔客語的學習與山城人文的認識充滿童趣與新意。
其中天地人的傳說分別展示於：天的護祐(A區)、地的滋養(B區)、人的傳承(C區)，並以動畫、光雕投影、數位遊戲等展覽形式呈現客家故事。
另有數位虛擬與實體展品的融合創新展示，如(E區)的民間技藝、飲食文化與(D區)的大甲溪特產導覽。
期盼此兼具故事性與趣味性的數位學習環境能吸引年輕一代學習與體驗客家文化之美，讓客家精神在潛移默化中傳承予下一代。
