2021년 7월 13일부터 8월 3일까지 13500원, 그 이후로 현재까지 9900원이 매주 자동결제되고 있는 것 확인했습니다. 이 방식에 문제가 있는 것을 귀사에서도 인지하고 있으며, 이를 악용하기 위해 고의적으로 어플 내에서 구독 취소를 하지 못하게끔 설정해 두었다고 판단됩니다. 애플에서는 최근 60일 내의 결제건만 환불된다고 하여 2022년 2월 1일 결제건까지는 사이트에서 환불요청한 상태입니다. 구독권 즉시 취소와, 2월 1일 이전 결제건 일괄 환불 처리 바랍니다. 알맞은 응대 없을 시 소비자보호원의 도움을 받을 생각입니다. 고맙습니다.
