特别喜欢的功能是恢复进度，如果能更详细一点就好了

以前用过，现在又来使用了ರ_ರ 心塞，但说到软件本身，设计的还是可以，尤其是身体恢复的详细情况，这让人越来越有信心❤，可以看到身体，皮肤，呼吸，口气等等的变好，坚持住吧，别去想烟这件事，让自己运动起来，就会容易戒掉
