昨天还是好好的，今天打开叫叫识字突然发现账号被强行退出，无论是使用微信登录还是手机号码登录都无法成功，请问是不是这一天之内在服务器端做了代码更新？ 打过多次客服电话都是无人接听，微信公众号发消息也没有任何回复。请问如何解决登录的问题？ 一直很喜欢小鸡叫叫，可是突然有种不安全感，我们买了高级课程，有了问题找不到客服渠道，这种感觉太糟糕了。
