我在这个软件上买好飞机票。飞票有免费中转住宿的权利，但是25多小时前打电话预房，他们说没有了，要自己租房。软件公司的服务员回复说：酒店的问题，不负责。了得，我是在这个软件上买票的，不是联系酒店买飞票的。了得！ 我是留学生，是第一次遇到这种情况。已经去过不少国家，使用不少网络购买软件，从来没遇到这种问题。
