Broken product, no effective customer service
The item I bought was broken. The customer service said they will send me the return shipping info but I never received it. I followed up 4 times wasting couple of hours, every time they repeated that they will send out the return info only that they never did. I ended up wasting numerous hours and losing money on a broken product. Stay away from this online shopping app.
