软件用了四五年了，每个月一直都是自动扣费在续费的，这个月刚扣完钱就突然不能用了，一直是通知我开通会员的界面，联系微信也没人答复，太耽误事了，该联系哪边呀？！？！

商品位置能不能增加菜单，一个客户要新建N次产品不方便，还有导出来的数据同一个客户能不能合并？
