במשך שבועיים בחול לא ניתן היה למשוך כסף מהכרטיס
אפליקציה הכי גרועה בחנות של אפל!
היה עדכון ב 19 לנובמבר, מנסה להכנס, רושם סיסמה שגוייה, עושה שחזור סיסמא, מקבל קוד במייל, הוא מבקש סיסמא חדשה, פעמים אחד לאישור, ומראה שהכל תקין (וי ירוק), ואז שמאשרים סיסמא חדשה, מקבלים הודעה incorrect credentials try again. בקיצור אין אפשרות להכנס אין אפשרות לשחרר סיסמא . מי ביקש את העדכון הזה???. תנו לילד בכיתה א׳ ירשום אפליקציה יותר רצינית. שום דבר בה לא נראה טוב גם כשעובדת. והכי גרוע אין תמיכה אם מתקשרים נותנים לי טלפון להתקשר בחול אין בארץ טלפון שנותן שירות לדבר הזה. נראה שאצטרך ללכת לבנק הדואר. עדכון: ניסיתי אחרי יום להכנס , עדיין לא נותן , אני מנסה לשחזר סיסמא, מכניס מה שצריך בסוף רושם SSL error תגידו אתם רצינים ? מי מפתח את הדבר הזה ? יש לכם בודקים, או שילד בכיתה א כותב את האפלקציה? היא לא עובדת ! הכסף שלי כלוא בתוך האפליקציה כבר כמה ימים ללא יכולת להשתמש בו !!! צריך לפנות לערוץ 2 שיעשו עליכם כתבה !

מה נסגר? יש תקלה כבר יותר משבוע !!
Bad service overall
App was under maintenance 2/3 times I needed to use it. I cannot charge it by Fridays, sometimes it takes more than 72 hours to charge it. Many merchants that accept Mastercard don’t accepted this card. Additionally- Many bugs and no notifications for payments. Support is replying not earlier than after a week after request. I’m waiting now 3rd day for the maintenance to over, just to get my money out of this pit.
