《米琪果汁店》是一款画风可爱、剧情丰富的模拟经营游戏，在游戏世界里，你将扮演主角经营一家果汁店。小店每天都会遇到各种各样的NPC、经历不同的事件，你的目标就是处理好这些事件，精打细算地将果汁店经营下去。
【游戏背景】
数千年前，一颗巨型陨石从天而落，砸入了大洋深处的一片海域。随着海平面下降，久而久之，陨石坠落的位置形成了一座小岛。
也许是受辐射影响，小岛上孕育出的果实比其他地方都要大上一倍，所以第一批生活在岛上的居民给其取名为果果岛。
但好景不长，许多居民因辐射染上一种怪病，变得嗜血、具有攻击性，人们称它为“猩红血热”。
在居民们纷纷要搬离果果岛之际，一位果农从果果岛的水果中提炼出一种活性物质暂时抑制住了这种病症。
此后，果汁成为了果果岛最受欢迎的饮品，而被血热病改变了基因的那部分人似乎也激发了身体的某些非同寻常的潜能。
多年后，18岁的农场姑娘米琪带着一份祖传果汁配方来到城镇里开起了一家果汁店……
