App很不好用又經常要花時間更新
更新完後原有的OTP功能又不見，只限定台灣手機可以收簡訊，但我長期住在國外只能用國外的手機號碼，另外轉帳額度高的話，也是需要台灣手機號碼。真的非常的不好用

Doesn’t move past the splash page
This app is broken and asks to install update as soon as you download then shows an error message for failure to connect. Waste of time.
莫名的不能轉帳
一直要我認證裝置 認證好了還是一直不能轉帳 爛爆了有夠莫名其妙
希望帳務明細可以自己修改，作為自編記帳使用
多家銀行都可以事後自行編輯匯款明細，謝謝您們！

更新之後不能轉帳之開啟變超慢
更新之後本來申請的非約定用戶轉帳被鎖掉，要去重新申請…很麻煩 加上系統開啟延遲要等超久…

設備認證問題反應
有OTP認證，還要設備認證（SIM）認證最好確定每支手機都有SIM可以認証，請系統人員可以存在現實的思維，不要徒增用戶的困擾 解碼還需提款卡到ATM操作,和詐騙手法有差別嗎？
爛APP
常常發生問題，每次更新完要重新認證，而且不難用漫遊及wifi做認證，我在國外發生兩次，今天又發生第三次
