新博少儿围棋教学对弈平台是中国最大的少年儿童围棋教学与在线对弈网站，新博少儿围棋为中国国内超过一千家围棋教育培训学校提供少年儿童的在线对弈、网络作业、网络比赛及各种围棋教学内容服务。
本软件提供给小朋友与国内其他成千上万的学棋小朋友同台交流的机会。软件支持最低启蒙级别的小朋友进入网络（25级）并通过优化算法为小朋友自动匹配最合适的对弈对手。
一般情况下，小朋友从25级开始，随着水平的不断提高，级别也自动逐渐提升。25级到15级的小朋友在9路棋盘上进行吃子训练。在达到14级以后，小朋友在13路棋盘上进行吃子训练。等到级别达到11级后，小朋友可以使用13路棋盘进行正式的围棋对弈。当级别达到9级以后，就使用19路棋盘进行对弈。
除了网络对弈以外，平台提供了超过6000提的围棋练习题目，小朋友可以根据自己的级别挑选适合的练习题目进行练习。
平台同时提供闯关游戏，小朋友从最容易的关卡开始，每个关卡6道题目，全部正确回答后可以进入下一个关卡。
如果小朋友在围棋培训学校学习，学校老师在平台上布置了作业，小朋友可以通过本软件完成老师布置的作业。
