桂建通-工人端app作为广西建筑农民工实名制管理公共服务平台（广西住建厅唯一认可的广西区内农民工工资代发监管与服务平台）的配套软件，为建筑工人提供工资专卡（即桂建通银行卡）的管理服务，并通过向建筑工人提供随时随地的工资查询及考勤记录查询，促使建筑工人工资发放信息及发放依据对建筑工人个体变得透明化，有利于建筑工人维护自身获得合理劳动报酬的合法权益。桂建通-工人端初期主要提供桂建通银行卡管理、工资查询、考勤记录查询的基础功能，未来将陆续上线更多增值服务，提供广西建筑工人一站式服务方案。
