接电话自动激活听书
听书暂停的情况下，有电话打进来，听书就开始自动播放，有时候接电话的过程中语音还在播放。设置里已经关闭后台播放了还是没用。希望早日修复。
广告多得离谱，还一直跳转页面，弹出微博
看没几页又跳出app，一直要关闭掉弹出来的app，看一篇文能烦成这样，体验感很差，学学番茄吧
