frustrating.

App works well. Just have no idea what I am reading. Wish English was a language I could change to in the setting.

Not sure what was going on with the other people reviewing this, maybe they fixed the app because I got it to work very easily. It took the full minute after sending the verification code to my email to receive the code but I was able to register just fine. Added my device by scanning the product QR code and was able to cycle through all of the different modes! Easy peasy. I’m excited to give my partner full control of this heheh

Will not work on third party app stores

Love the toy but won’t send a pin to register. I was in contact with customer service but response times were slow, especially with the international time difference. Really bummed because the options they offered with a registered account sounded really fun.

Can’t even bind my product this is terrible. Buy a product can’t even use it right.

Said needs to scan a code to pair the device but there is no code at all

The ball works but , only in guest mode. Cannot register with email or phone number. Does not compute

Tried to add device in app, scanned the QR code on user manual, but kept saying binding code does not exist????

Says it doesn’t exist when I scan the code in manual and won’t read code on packaging...
