If I could rate 0 I would rate zero. Totally a disaster app. Order once been placed can not be canceled, you have to pay the FULL PRICE and call a "hotline" to cancel your order, which by the way never get through. Customer service is a disaster too. Repeat the same lines like robotics, no problem solving, no accountability. Will delete the app and never use it again.

九年前第一次使用到家，那时还没有美团、饿了么什么事儿，新颖的服务模式让人眼前一亮，便捷、高效、稳定的送餐服务坚持了很多年，可不知怎么就这么退出北京市场了？很是可惜。到家留给我的不仅是那一抹紫色，还有很多美好、美味的记忆。唯盼可重振旗鼓吧！
