1.视频中动态采集人脸，实现人脸注册，人脸比对等功能。
2.获取视频中的最大人脸和库里的ID进行比对。
3.实现了戴口罩的人脸比对功能。
说明：
a)采集过程和比对过程需要打开摄像头权限。
b)可以在无网络情况下运行本软件，不存在个人信息通过网络泄漏的风险。
