垃圾万科，正常按月付费竟然半年后收违约金
App里明明有按月付费的选项，这么多年我们都是按月付费的。现在通知说必须提前要付长达一年的物业费用，不然就收取高达18%的违约金，且不说这种收费严重违法，而且高利贷也不敢收这么高的利息，谁给你的胆子去践踏国家法律办法！

作为一个物业app ，方便业主肯定是第一位的，你搞个开屏广告我也认了，为毛广告还不能跳开，必须看完，万科太下作了。
