不好用

真的很難用，常常無法登入

穩定性非常糟糕

不時需要重開，當機時間比正常運作長的app，不能稱作app。

已更新還是閃退

已經更新了，卻還是持續要我更新到最新版本並閃退，不論是介面設計和穩定性，和其他社區在用的今網智生活比真的差了一大截

動不動自己登出= =

動不動就自己登出，密碼就是一直登不進去，是要多爛：）啊不用就什麼都不知道消息，是想怎樣：）難道要搬家問警衛有啥也不知道臉又很臭跟大便一樣

沒有行政院的資安認證標章

說是政府推動的APP，卻沒有行政院頒發的資安認證徽章（MAS標章），這誰敢用啊⋯⋯

真的爛登都都不進

沒有完整的測試，叫客戶做SQA?

在貴公司工程師的環境用的帳號密碼可以登入，給到客戶就不行。代碼/帳號/密碼/網域完全一樣⋯⋯就是不能登入。工程師只會要客戶刪除App重灌….當SQA，仍然不能登入中….

ios15.1.1 12pro完全沒有跳通知

設定一切通通正常，重灌過什麼都試過了就是不跳通知
