新山中华公会是一间非盈利的注册公司，成立於1922年，乃新山华社最高领导机构。举凡属于新山华裔族群性质之宗教、教育、文化活动，皆由新山中华公会所领导，犹如农历正月廿日至廿二日之柔佛古庙游神盛会，宽柔中学及南方学院筹募建校基金运动，农历八月十五的中秋园游会等。
除此之外，新山中华公会尚有每年举行的新春大团拜，恭请柔佛州务大臣亲临其盛，以促进官民间之互相了解与沟通。
