没有客服的软件
一个跟单机一样的软件，出了问题，没有客服电话没有客服入口。不知道在做什么，没一点用户体验。
解绑定问题
手机号不能解绑解绑设备，一个手机号只能绑定一个服务商的设备想要更换服务商更换不了，APP功能太少，例如震动报警的提示音无法修改只能用手机自带的提示音
手机收不到通知
手机收不到提醒只能进软件才知道，延迟也很大
车辆震动根本不通知
只有打开app里面有个震动报警，而不是震动后app通知提醒，在app里面才行，客服说我手机问题，难道我安卓苹果都不行吗？真的很垃圾一分钱一分货
app 没有扫描设备的入口，重新安装也是这样

如果加上APP 内部导航就不用直接第三方APP 导航了 就比较完美了

遇到启动、关闭、震动时，APP没有及时提示，做不到防盗作用

年费过期后，再续费续费不上。需要重新换一个设备。等于旧设备报废了。不让你登录了
