何度メールしても返答無し！！！

急にデータが消えた

今まで何年も使っていましたが、今回なぜか急に全てのデータが消えました。データレスキューなどしても復元できません。原因もわからないので今後使うことができません。大切な情報を記録していたので非常に困りました。解決策がない限り今後は使わないですし、オススメしません。

検索しても出てこない

検索ボックスがあるのは良いですが、同じ文字で検索してもヒットせず、、意味ないです

シンプル

パスワードを登録して、使いたい時にコピーして貼り付け。一度画面を離れると再度パスワード入力を求められるので、安全です。とてもシンプルで気に入っていますが、検索機能がなく、横スクロールなので、探すのが手間に感じます。漢字がたしか1番後ろなので、たとえば　和　の名前まで辿り着くのが、、、そこだけ改善してくれると嬉しいです。

同期しない

シームレスに使いたいのにiPhoneとiPadで同期しない

データが消えた

アップデート後なのかわかりませんが、何年も溜めていたデータが9割方消えていました。最悪です… サポートに連絡しましたが、改善されないうえに、その後音沙汰なくなりました。有料ならきちんとサポートしてください。

以前の方が良かったのでは？

バックアップファイルを作成しても、そこから復元しても、数分で全てのデータが消えます何の為のバックアップなのか、意味不明？？？仕方なくデータレスキューにて復元しても、データが乱雑していて使い物になりません粗全てデータ書き換えです無料なら、まだしも有料にて購入したのにこれでは、ただの詐欺状態です早急に対応、改善願います

使い難くなった

パスコードの変更にメールアドレスを入れてもいっこうにパスコード変更用メールが届かない。

アップデートで不具合

アップデートしたら、パスワードがたくさん重複している事象が発生しました。どうにか改善して欲しいです。

最悪のアップデート

バックアップファイルをGmailで送れない(添付出来ない)です
