최적화
정말 잘 하고 있는데요. 아이폰 최적화 좀 해주시면 안될까요. 레이드를 돌려도 자꾸 튕기니깐 안하게 되네요

자꾸 앱에서 게임하다가 튕겨서 나가는데 이게 한두번도 아니고 하루에 서너번 이상씩 계속 이러네요…. 어떻게 해야 하나요?? 제가 정말 애정하는 게임인데 아쉽네요ㅜ
재화좀주세요
정말정말 재밌게 플레이하고있는데요ㅜㅠ 재화가 좀 많이 부족해요ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 소환도 거의 확정으로 데려와서 확률도 좀 낮은거같고요.. 소환 없었을 3년전엔 현질해서 데려온 캐릭터들이 소환으로 바뀌어서 조금 실망이 컸었지만 재밌어서 다시 복귀했어요 진짜 재화라도 많이 주세요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

성장하는 영웅들을 보면 행복해요 캐디도 다 예쁜데다 캐릭터마다 있는 스토리도 다 너무 흥미롭고 좋아요
아쉬운 점 문의
겨울맞이 보물찾기 이벤트에서 에피소드 진행도 3/4까지만 달성되고, 탐색권을 아무리 많이 돌려도 진행도 완성이 되지 않습니다. 거의 2000탐색권 가까이 돌렸으나 끝내 마지막 에피소드는 등장하지 않네요. 게임 내 확률버그인 듯 하니 빠르게 해결 바랍니다.

인연소환해서 물슈아 떴는데 튕기더니 먹통이 됐어요
자꾸 에러가 나고, 초기화 당해서 열심히 키운 캐릭터들이 사라졌어요!!
게임을 열심히 해서 아이템 가지고, 캐릭터와 아티팩트를 모았는데, 한방에 사라졌어요!! 어떻게 살려주실 수 없나요??!! 다시 노멀 부터 하고 있습니다.ㅠㅠ

과금유도하는 광고 와다다다 띄우지 않지만 게임(ex. 캐릭터 성장)에 필요한 재화를 굉장히 극소량으로 제공합니다 재화수급이 느리니 진행도 느리고 흥미도 점점 하락하네요 빈약한 컨텐츠를 포함한 이런 저런 문제점은 캐릭터나 스토리가 가진 매력 (사실 이게 전부 인 듯) 상쇄할 수 있을 줄 알았는데..... 최근 회사에서 출시한 다른 게임의 마케팅과 그에 따른 변명을 보아하니 더 이상 기대할 만한 운영을 보여줄 것 같진 않네요
