充电后的余额需要通过人工退，这点需要改进。打了充电桩上的客服电话马上解决了退款问题。客服态度也很好，为了绿水青山加油吧！

也是莫干山某个地方，还不能退钱，垃圾
充不了电，充值还不给退
在浙江的莫干山镇某停车场下载并充值了，反复尝试多次，多数时候充电桩不联网不出二维码没法启动充电，偶尔可以充上，充一元多钱的电后就断掉，也反复数次，最终放弃。但充值的钱不给退……
