监理云系统APP，是一款专门为工程监理企业研发的管理系统软
件，该系统软件结合监理工程的特点，运用便捷、实用的网络云技术，
从而促进工程现场管理标准化、规范化、程序化，实现真正意义上的
云管理。
系统覆盖了工程监理的全过程，包括项目管理、人员架构管理以
及项目监理机构各岗位人员的绩效管理等。
其中项目管理方面包含了一系列的管理功能，包括项目建设初期
所需的资料，云端电子化的监理日志，隐蔽工程记录以及实时的旁站
记录等过程资料。运用云技术，公司管理层能实时掌握各个项目关于
质量安全、进度和造价控制的动态信息，确保工程的质量安全、进度
和造价控制都在可控范围内。
人员架构管理功能主要是通过软件的定位打卡、考勤统计、工作
任务、日志记录等数据，直观地体现项目监理人员的工作情况、绩效
评价等，更加合理地统筹安排项目监理机构人员。
当前是信息化的时代，通过监理云系统APP，确保每个项目的现
场情况都可以实时查看。公司管理层通过直观的电子化数据，实时高
