렉 심함 + 어플 관리 전혀 안 함
어플 렉이 너무 심해요... 상세 화면 안 들어가져서 다시 어플 키니까 아예 메인 화면도 안 뜸 그냥 어플 관리를 안 하는 듯 오프라인 매장만 관리하지 마시고 어플 관리도 해주세요.. 마지막 업데이트가 3년 전이네요
검색이상함
검색하면 도안만 검색되고 다른 카테고리고 넘어가면 초기화 됨. 그렇다고 원하는 카테고리에서 검색하면 도안 카테고리로 넘어감. 찾으려면 하나하나 넘겨야함.
로그인이 안 돼요
똑같은 아이디와 비밀번호인데 크롬에서는 되고 어플에서는 로그인이 안 됩니다 자꾸 아이디와 비밀번호가 틀렸다는 메시지만 떠요 홈페이지 들어가면 앱을 다운받으라고 하는데 앱을 다운받으니 로그인이 안 되네요 매우 답답합니다…
아이폰 13 로그인 안됨
아이디 비번 틀리다는 팝업만 나옴 앱삭제 후 재설치해도 동일 임시비번도 받아보고 비번 변경도 해봤는데 앱에서만 계속 동일증상 발생 사파리에서는 로그인 됨 한번 구매할때마다 평균 10-20만원어치 사다보니 앱 구매 혜택이 작지만 크다고 느껴지는데 제 기기 문제라고 앱 구매 어렵다고 하심 ㅎ,, 저 한명의 고객이 떠나는건 별로 큰 타격없으시겠지만 기분좋게 구매하려다 다른데로 감
휴대폰 네트워크 상태 멀쩡한데 어플 접속이 안되는걸 왜 제 휴대폰 탓을 하는지 모를 일이네요
그냥 안되면 그렇구나 할텐데 왜 제 휴대폰 네트워크 상태가 불안정 하다고 메세지가 뜨는거죠..? 다른 어플들은 다 잘 돼요
자동로그인이 자꾸 튕겨요.
로그인이 자꾸 풀려서 다시 로그인 하려면 비밀번호 틀리다 나오고.. 다시 임시비번 받고 무한반복이네요 ㅡㅡ
갑자기 페이스북 로그인이 안돼요..
PC로 리뷰 쓰다가 사진 있는 리뷰는 폰으로 쓰려고 다시 로그인하는데 url을 읽어들일 수 없다고 뜨네요ㅠㅠ pc로라도 써보려고 pc로도 해봤는데 마찬가지에요..
결제진행이 안 됩니다.
아이폰5, iOS 10.3.3입니다. 장바구니에서 주문하기 버튼을 누르면 다음 페이지로 넘어가지 않고 앱이 강제종료됩니다.
