东台市健康管理中心作为一种线上到线下的全新医疗服务模式，以三级医院优质的医疗资源为核心，以区域医疗卫生中心、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室等医疗卫生服务机构作为支撑，借助互联网、物联网、物流等现代技术手段，向患者提供家医智能签约、在线问诊、智能挂号、自助检验、远程会诊、医护上门、智能穿戴设备、处方延伸、医疗资源调度等一系列服务。
围绕“防”、“治”、“养”三个方面，建设云诊室平台、签约服务平台、统一支付平台、同时升级原健康东台掌上医院项目，建成后的东台市健康管理中心项目共包含16个功能模块。
