冬季用时显示“设备下线”问客服说是基站问题，给移动打电话说基站没问题，这个APP真是次，早知道不续费了，真糊弄人，劝君莫入坑！！！

垃圾软件

刚开始用的时候想着有些功能会慢慢完善的，结果用了两年也还是老样子，空调也不能单独控制，感觉没什么用就没续费了，有一次需要原程启动想着直接续费就行了，结果寄回去重新激活啥的这倒是可以理解一下，关键是要把之前欠费的都给交了才行！
