Contents are great. The language follows my phone’s setting automatically. Will it possible to add a feature/option to allow us to change the language for the app? I just feel more comfortable when reading all the technical stuff with my first language. Thank you app很强大，但是如果能在设置里加一个切换语言的功能就最好啦
动作太少了，需要及时更新
以前的版本能更清楚的知道锻炼了那块肌肉，而且直接点击肌肉的时候不会跳到其他页面， 现在这个版本是通过晕染的视觉效果来看锻炼的是那块肌肉，分界线不够明显，向以前的版本一样肌肉是一块一块的就好了
健身锻炼顺序：先激活、在锻炼要锻炼的部位、最后拉伸。 但是你们只有中间的锻炼动作和最后的拉伸动作！没有最开始的激活动作！ 比如臀部：你们有臀部的锻炼和拉伸动作，但是没有最开始的臀部激活动作！
