個app好難用！
個app user unfriendly個程度真係點餐點到燥
幾個月前試過點好餐，但個app竟然kick係個畀錢個位，係畀唔到錢落唔到單，你地有無輕輕自己試下落一次單先推個app出黎？ 幾個月後焗住再試，網上無餐牌，見你自己公司run既點餐app應該可靠，點知問題仍然災難級！ 首先你個app係咁彈app，點好晒餐一野重新refresh再點過； 第二攞餐時間好似有得揀，其實得「即時」； 第三你自己公司run既app居然無得揀午餐/晚餐menu，只可以單點！？自己run外賣自取都要咁？ 未去到畀錢已經放棄，唔知而加畀唔畀到錢 總之垃圾app，2024年網上點唔到餐+網上無餐牌想電話落order都唔得，等執

我18:26落單，落單時選擇要求送餐！你哋餐廳19:45打電話俾我，話個app係錯，你哋冇人會送餐，要求我自己去餐廳取餐！我落單你哋收我$75運費！冇人送餐就唔好比我落單啦！然後餐廳要求我取消訂單！Ok, 你哋話你哋個app錯，我白等咗1小時都算數。但到20:23餐廳又打電話俾我，話宜家又有人可以送餐！大佬！你玩咩！一時話冇得送餐要取消，突然又話送！我已經叫咗其他外賣啦！請你哋退款！唔好再玩我！
完全不能使用app
App註冊過程順利，但當嘗試選擇菜單時個app不停Loading和顯示系統繁忙，嘗試再開， 但問題仍然持續，希望改善。加上你哋個app嘅優惠好少甚至冇，人哋其他外賣平台都不定時推出優惠，希望可以加多優惠鼓勵人用呢個app!
