Shortcuts have such a potential use, they just go unnoticed to most. A feature would be to give access for them to enable location services when opening a specific app or a list of apps and then, exiting the app would disable location services. Having the app using “once” or “while in use” the services doesn't mean it promotes privacy, and that has the condition that the location services are enabled. Consider giving it even more access, the things we can do at the time are limited to unnecessary
