文件无故删除

从13年开始用，快十年老用户了吧？去年发信息提醒我要登陆，不然就删除，我已经登陆过了，还发了解除删除的短信给我，所以今年登陆就把我的文件全部删光了？？客户将过去的时间放心交给你们保管，你们就这样回馈客户？？

我的相册总是暂停

云盘功能非常好但是相册功能太差，无法一键开始与暂停，无法自动同步相册，总是已暂停，还得每张照片手动点之后才能上传，无法同步
