Last update make the live camera view not working

It does not support remote unlock it just give notification for locking and unlocking Developer please can you fix it?

App doesn’t open in iPhone or Android

Claims to remote lock and unlock and it does not have that functionality… does not do anything at all but notify you when the door is open or closed and by who… that’s it no other options if it would let me I wouldn’t give it a star at all

. Some thing wrong with this app. i have 2 I phone 13 it’s work with one and doesn’t work another I phone 😡

Slow, it doesn't support Alexa, I can't control the lock and unlock, please upgrade the app

Very bad application, very slow and I can't control the opening and closing, and the important thing is that it does not support Alexa, please develop it please add Alexa

Even though with their new server, it is still very slow. I just lost interest in using this app for my door lock

Bad, the app doesn’t have the remote lock/unlock functionality, be aware if you get the hardware locks the app is not good, wish I know before I got the lock 😞 1. Support remote lock/unlock 2. Support hardware scenes, example : every day at 10pm lock the door

We have tried to set this up both with phone number and email addresses on two phones. We never receive a response via either method.
