非常不方便，建议卸载。
神州乱收费
神州已经疯了，在多方面乱收费...除了全天24个小时（包括凌晨）都有繁忙时间附加费外，已经按里程收费的同时再加用车时间收费（以前是等待才收），从机场到市中心额外再加“远程费”，再恶心的是车从来沒进停车场也自动加上15元停车费！反正就骗钱，大家不要用
超烂的公司
司机不熟悉路线，绕路，多开了两个多小时才到达。售后服务人员说没有问题。超烂的公司。
公司管理混乱
乘客物品被司机拾到，无法要回，公司以各种理由推脱责任
