初抵巴塞罗那，客至如归的感觉
态度亲切友好的司机，送我们安全到达酒店，途中介绍了当地风土人情，也尽量回答我们想了解的事情

早上在酒店叫了一个黄包车，司机态度很好，带我看了北京前门，特别介绍了特色小吃，感觉很舒服。
垃圾公司，服务真是糟糕
处理流程要多慢有多慢，和导游聊还有个什么第三人；app也是难用的很，各种bug，申请发票都没个自助功能
