客服回复极慢
入住以后向平台客服咨询问题，二十分钟才回复一句且只会打太极踢皮球。作为华住铂金会员，城家辜负了我完全对于华住会的信任！
这个app真的很恶心，我明明已经卸载了，但是更新的时候还要让我更新，说明这是个捆绑软件，根本卸载不了！
太恶心了！！！
有很多隐形费用
强制收空调费，水电费很贵，每月光杂费超过房租的20%，不推荐使用
是真的垃圾
app一天崩20次，房间冬天呼呼漏风，一点都不匹配价格
管理很糟糕
住进上海九亭店，隔音很差，隔壁女的老在大呼小叫的，反馈给管家也不管管，来我这墙上贴几块消音棉就敷衍过去了，我想问为什么不是贴她那边呢？把我房间贴得奇丑无比。7月24日这里还有人跳楼死了，真心后悔了，不住了！
坑钱
热水55一个立方，每天收暖气费，收垃圾清运费，退房押金扣300清洁费
公寓未经本人允许私自进入房间清洗空调
住的很没有保障 利用临时密码进入房间
只有几个城市有
能不能把哪些城市能用写到介绍里，只有这么几个城市。浪费流量
说好的都是水军吧
价格贵，房间有异味，不能办理租赁通知单，公寓有的缺点你都能遇到
