建信金科双录云APP是基于建设银行强大的技术和业务背景推出的，可满足金融和非金融机构在特定交易环节录音录像需求，并提供录音录像上传、存储、调阅等功能，同时满足监管要求和业务需求的完整的双录体系。
主要功能：
1. 用户注册
新用户选择所属公司、输入真实姓名、证件类型和证件号码、录入手机号后注册；新用户也可以由公司管理员在后台管理系统中添加。
2. 任务创建：
创新录制任务，录入所需的业务识别号、客户信息、订单信息等，任务创建成功可立即录制视频或后续录制，后续录制的将进入待录制列表。
3. 视频录制：
创建任务后联动录制该任务对应的视频，或者通过待录制列表进入录制对应的视频，录制时同步播报产品相关话术。
4. 视频上传
视频录制成功可立即上传或后续上传，立即上传的视频进入待审核列表，已经上传的视频进入待审核列表。
5. 驳回列表
已经上传的视频后台质检人员驳回后在驳回列表中展示，驳回后可以修改任务信息、重新录制或进行节点修正。
6. 审核通过列表
已经上传的视频后台质检通过后将进入审核通过列表，通过该列表可以查看已经通过的视频和任务信息。
7. 系统设置
通过系统设置可修改登录密码、设置手势密码等。
8. 密码重置
忘记密码情况下，可以通过手机号码进行密码找回。
