“云桥”是符合中国规范的泛在网络育人社区，基于移动互联网的泛在学习网络，基于大陆《教育管理信息系统互操作规范》的区域教育管理平台，基于大陆《基础教育教学资源元数据应用规范》的课程资源平台，基于数理统计方法以及大数据挖掘技术的教育教学、学习综合评价系统，构建无缝学习空间。
“在线修习”、“家校互动”功能将学校教育延伸到家庭教育，学校、家长、学生之间充分互动，形成教育合力，更好的促进孩子的发展。
云桥特有的全方位教学、学习评价，让教师和家长随时了解学生自身纵向成绩历史态势，以及横向于所在班、所在学校、所在区域的位置。从数据指标和技术手段两方面对学习行为进行建模、分析，构建支持形成性评价的学习行为评估系统。
办公教务管理让老师实时参与学校管理，各部门协作公开透明有序，提升办事效率；老师学校互动，带动所有人积极参与学校管理。
