For apple users, When you first install This app Try a different region that supports redmi. For example I saw a Kenya guy selecting mainland china, and I am Srilankan, when i select Srilanka for region wben i setup my app it doesen't connect to my redmi buds 5. But when i select India it connected to redmi buds and works well with it. Hope this comment hrlpfull for you.
Although the Earbuds connect to the phone, it does not connect to the app. Solve it as soon as possible. Please!!
