医生益事APP是银川和缓互联网医院有限公司为中华志愿者协会中西医结合专家志愿者委员会开展“维护身心健康，提供温暖关爱”健康公益活动而开发的一款移动互联网应用软件。中西医结合专家志愿者委员会公益对象重点关注就医不便人群，致力于整合德医双馨的医护专家，努力联合多方力量，打造365天7*24小时不停歇的、直接面对面视频的公益健康问诊平台，推动改善此类人群就医不便的现实难题，增强这类人群在新时代背景下的获得感、幸福感。
中华志愿者协会是中央文明办、国家卫生健康委员会、民政部、教育部、全国总工会、全国妇联、共青团中央、中国红十字会等八部门于2011年4月26日共同发起的公益性、全国性社会团体。中华志愿者协会中西医结合专家志愿者委员会是在新的形势下，由我国著名中医大师姜良铎教授发起，并于2021年10月19日经民政部社会组织管理局批准成立。
