如何提取已经有的音频文件，比如微信里的，
要翻译的音频文件是微信发过来的，不知道如何提取出来，提取只能打开相册，音频文件保存不到相册里面，如何提取到？ 一个月的对费用交了，用不了，也没有客服，问谁也不知道。
