通过在建线路的危大工程的填报、汇总，隐患的排查、治理，风险的动态管理及监测数据对比，施工现场的三违管理及全员直报，切实减少工程建设安全生产隐患，遏制各类事件事故的发生，促进轨道交通建设安全生产工作稳步上升。
通过对原材料进场登记、见证取样、复试、抽检、不合格处理全过程可视化管理，保证地铁工程质量。并通过多维度汇总分析，对施工单位（人）及材料供应商数据量化，生成诚信台账，拒绝不合格材料进场。
引入施工现场视频监控及盾构监控，及时消除不文明施工，实时掌控现场施工情况。
为了事前控制，确保工程质量安全，对隐患未排查、隐患整改超时、盾构停机、监测数据对比超限、监测数据红色预警、质量检测不合格进行提醒和预警，实现动态化管理。
