Currently it seems the app only allows China users to register for an account. Since I don't have China mobile phone number I am unable to utilise the Bluetooth weighing scale I bought to obtain other health data other than seeing my weight. Email sent to company seems to be trashed as there are totally no response. Hope they can up their game better.
