Description
冷易通货主端用于发布货源信息，设定需求的车型、车长、装货时间、卸货时间、装货地点、卸货地点后发布运单，通过匹配后展示给有资格查看相关运单的经纪人。
运单总共分为三个大类：调度，竞价，一口价（抢单）。
①调度运单委托平台的调度员进行分派，指定给相关经济人用户去承运；
②竞价运单展示给所有拥有资格查看到该运单的经纪人用户，由想要承运用户进行竞拍，系统会给货主展示当前最低价格，竞拍由货主确认价格合适后终止。货主最终确认的价格的出价人，作为承运方接单；
③一口价为货主对单一运单给出一个固定的价格，优先接单的经纪人成为承运方。
