医薬品の棚卸作業は“人海戦術”で薬品名ごとに数量を記録し、データにまとめ入力、集計するという膨大かつ煩雑な作業が強いられています。
薬品棚卸アプリは、スマホを使って行う棚卸です。作業は、薬品棚・倉庫にあるPTP
箱のバーコードをピッと読み込みます。数量を記し、これを繰り返します。作業はこれだけです。画面に数える係数が表示されていますので、包装や規格を気にする必要もありません。
棚卸作業は、従来、月末に全ての医薬品の数量を数える作業はメンバーの疲弊と共にミスが多くなってしまいます。薬品棚卸アプリは、1人で、複数日に分けて就業時間内に数十種類づつ数えることで棚卸作業が終了します。全薬品のカウント作業が劇的に軽減され、「誰でも」「正確に」行うことができます。
