account got logged out after todays update n cannot retrieve back!!!! please help
update gone wrong !
i haven’t been into my bistro for just 2 DAYS, when I’m got some time finally to continue my game, there’s a notification pop up for app updates. guess what, right after update is completed, my account is gone, I’m starting afresh with level 1… and I can’t log in back to my previous account at all, there’s no way for it! come on My Secret Bistro, what have you done ?? my SS staffs, my level, my gems, my bistro deco! COME ON MAN WHAT HAPPEN

It’s really an amazing game that I have been playing for years! Cute and fun too! But I have an issue that I wish the admin could help to solve. Since I have been playing from phone to tablet, the game kept restarting to beginning when I tried to open up the game app. Also I have the characters for the last three dishes before I change my device to tablet but now seems unavailable and told to have the characters to unlock the dishes. Please help, really appreciates! Thank you for the amazing game too ^^

Reward not provided when ads HAVE BEEN WATCHED
Fix the ads!!!! I clearly finished the entire ad till the end only for the game to tell me the rewards got cancelled. This is RIDICULOUS. The ads are ridiculously long as well FIX THE BUG 🤦🏻♀️

Why whenever there is an update and always system error showing ISO 13.0, does it means if old version HP unable to update latest version so we are unable to play this game again? Before was also system error after update showing same need latest version. If this time the management still unable to fixed it then I’ll not play this game anymore as I had another HP also having problem login since update version. Was so disappointed on the update issue. There is an event ongoing. I would like to get the prize so please try to fixed the bug as soon as possible. Thank you.
