Description

上海石油天然气交易中心（以下简称“交易中心”）由上海市人民政府批准建设，于2015年3月4日在上海自贸区注册成立，接受国家发展和改革委员会、国家能源局及商务部的指导和监督，旨在成为具有国际影响力的石油天然气交易平台、信息平台和金融平台。
交易中心股东为新华社、中石油、中石化、中海油、申能、北燃、新奥、中燃、港华、华能十家单位，注册资本金10亿元，类型为有限责任公司（国内合资）。
交易中心秉承“公开、公平、公正和诚实信用”原则，充分利用现代信息技术，打造市场化、国际化的交易平台，开展天然气、非常规天然气、液化石油气、石油等能源产品的现货交易，提供交易相关的技术、场所和设施服务，以及资讯与信息服务。
以建成立足中国，面向全球的国家级、国际性石油天然气交易平台为目标，交易中心将创建良好的市场环境，充分发挥市场配置资源和发现价格的功能，为广大石油天然气经营者提供一个全新的、参与中国乃至亚太石油天然气行业的大舞台，分享经济高速发展的成果。
