Awful
Terribly glitchy and always loading. Returning camera due to this.
A couple of issues
First is the date on the cam isn’t correct but the time is. You can only choose one time zone for the US but it displays January 2024. Next issue is that I cannot run CarPlay and the BOTSLAB app together. Phone support did not have an answer for either issue. Update: The recent update allows me to change the date on the camera. Thanks

This is the most complicated non payment of service camera I have ever encountered and will not ever buy another. Waiting for my refund from Amazon. The set up is ok, god for id if you move . Too complicated to be bothered

Can’t get the app to connect to our WiFi…
SOLVED! We figured out what we were doing wrong and got all 3 porch lights setup. Trying to get 3 porch lights with camera to connect to our network using the Botslab app. I’ve sent messages/reviews in several different places hoping to get some help. I’m using an iPhone 14 on our 2.4mhz network. We have reset the camera several times and the device has been found in the Settings—->Wifi but it doesn’t finish setting up. It gets to 85% and fails every single time. Any ideas/help?
