バッジが表示されない
以前公開されていた頃は未承認件数がバッジ表示されていたが、このバージョンだと表示されない。 未承認があるかどうかわざわざ確認しないといけないのが不便。 以前のアプリでは申請内に添付されていたpdfは内蔵ビューワーにて開きましたが、今回のアプリは別途acrobatなどアプリを入れておかないと開けなくなりました。ここも劣化しています。 またiPad には対応していない為、iPad で表示させると画面が狭く周りは黒縁。キーボードも小さくなりまともに使えません。
スタッフログインできない
メールアドレス、パスワードはあってるのにログインボタンを押すとクルクル回る表示が出たままずっとログインできない。 何もできないため⭐︎1すらつけたく無いです。
添付ファイルのプレビュー機能
前のアプリでは見れてたような？ ケータイでパッと確認したい時に便利でした。 ダウンロードされるとファイルを開いて見る手間が増えたので個人的には改悪。 アプリが落ちる、進まない、不具合は減りました。
アプリの意味はない
WEB側と同様の操作が出来るのがウリみたいですが、アプリでやる意味は全くないですね。 操作はしずらいし、領収書のOCRも出来ないし、WEBでやった方が快適ですらあります。 アプリ利用のメリットが全くないです。 その点は楽楽明細とか参考にブラッシュアップして欲しいですね。
前のよりかは良くなったと思うけど。
前回のアプリは全く更新されず、ファイルが開かない、アプリが落ちるなどのバグが多くて使いものにならなかった。今回のアプリは上記のバグは改善されているようだが、他のレスにもある通りバッジが付かない。通知でカバーしようと考えたが、web上の設定で閲覧者の通知が来ないように設定しているにもかかわらず、全て通知が来てしまうので、鬱陶し過ぎて通知を消しました。 結局届いたメールにアクセスしてます。 今回こそは放置せず、こまめに改善して欲しいです。 便利になると思い導入を決めましたが、アプリの不具合が多い為、手間が増え、利用促進に繋がらず困っています。 ※追記 添付ファイルを開いてその場で確認したいけど、ファイルアプリ内の経費精算/WFフォルダに入らないと確認できないのでしょうか？ 添付ファイルを押すと、一瞬ファイルをダウンロードしてますと出てすぐ消えます。出てきた通知を押してもファイルは開かずです。
便利です。
通知が来るのがとても便利ですね。どこからでも承認ができるので周りにも好評です。
